Called me yesterday, left no msg and I got the "This number is no longer in service" when I called back.

Got a call from a "Mr. Sanchez" at 4:40 pm on 5/16.  When I asked him to take my number off his list he became rude and said "Do you have any idea what this call is even about..". He was so rude I hanged up on him.  He has called before and been rude to my kids.  Who is using this number?
