I received a call from this # that started to ramble an alert from my bank. I paused a few minutes and called this # back only to get an irate female. It is a cell so I was suspicious. I checked my call log online showing that I received a call but did not make one to this #. This voice sounded very familiar from calls I received before. So to sum it up, she can be a victim whose # was spoofed or got caught in her own game. I will never know.
