The lady was extremely rude on the phone. I told her from her website, I saw no suitable things nearby me but I had already signed up. I was going to say I changed my interest but she snapped and told me not to assume. I'm not a rude customer. I always try to be nice because I know how difficult customer service is but she didn't give me a chance. Then she continued to call back after I said I wasn't going to talk to her being rude to me and hung up! Don't answer these calls
