Harassing and threatening repeated phone calls.  Some one with a middle eastern accent and sounds more like in his 20s and 30s.  Sounds potentially a dangerous fellow. The authorities should trace this phone before he causes more harm.  The call also sounded more like calling from a "call center' or
"tele marketeer" or n public telephone.  Sounded really dangerous
