This number is used in cold call donations for "cancer research" and cancer victims. The caller ID lists the caller as "Name Not Found" which always raises a red flag for me. The caller sounded foreign and may have been calling from a call center (lots of background voices).
The person (male) treated the conversation as if he spoke to me before and asked for a contribution of $50 to which I responded no. He was insistent that I contribute and each time I said no, the amount of the contribution dropped. When it reached $12, I told him no a final time and told him to never call me again, lose my name and number permanently. I told him to have a nice day and good-bye. I hung up not giving him a chance to be rude or say anything else.
A search of this number sends me to a Chinese web page. I can't read Chinese, but it doesn't look like anything for cancer research.
