I get calls from this number two to three time daily. When I answer they don't say anything and if I let it go to the answering machine they just breath and then hang up.
They called, the phone rang three or four times. No one there when I answered. If no one is there when I answer, I hang up. It's my time; their dime. I don't spend my time waiting on them to talk to me.
