I received a call from this number this morning and then they called me back in the afternoon. I did not answer both times due to the fact that I was not for sure who was calling. When I did call them back the number just rang and no one answered. Not sure who this is.

received a call around lunch time , I didn't answer the phone . I tried calling it back but it wouldn't ring or anything . no message left when they got my voice mail they hung up.
Received call at lunch, was unable to answer it. I waited for my voice mail to get it, but they never left a message. I called the number back a few minutes later and it said the C-spire customer is unavailable at this time. WEIRD!!
