It's the Red Cross, requesting blood donations. I did speak with someone. It's an auto dialer, which is why sometimes there's no one on the line when you pick up. It will keep auto-dialing multiple times per day/week, until you speak with a live person & they can move the next contact date.
They left no message I donate and the Red Cross calls me all the time BUT they always leave a message this look like scammers looking for info. Something is VERY FISHY about this number if it was a red cross # it would show up in the white pages not just on the problem scammer sites.
I will never donate blood again to ARC. The spam calls are outrageous. They'll call you from at least ten different phone numbers, and I refuse to pick up any call from a number I don't know.
