After several calls (and hang ups on answering machine) from this number - picked up tonight. A woman said, "Hello, is the head of the household available?". I hung up.
This is an UNSOLICITED call. I went to   www.complaints.donotcall.gov to report this number!

CID listed this number BALTIMORE MD.  Answering machine picked up, no message and after a short while line hung up.

Lady asked for head of household-said they were from the Breast and Cancer Research Foundation
and wanted a donation. Couldn't find any info on organization.

Wanted us to contribute to women cancer patients who can't pay bills.  I told her I needed someone to pay mine too since I have no health insurance.
