This is one of those robo-calls from "Emily" who is "sorry" because she has trouble with her headset.  Then goes on to say that we because we have stayed in one of their properties we have WON.  Of course we stayed no such place, but poor Emily has trouble with her headset for eternity on this robo-call.  Congratulations to this company though, it sounds like a real person. Just hang up.
