Received call from this number 2/17/17 and there was silence, background noise, and someone saying "hello? hello?" I said "this is a sales call, don't call again" and they hung up. Scammers apparently! I'm getting too much spam lately, too...that I can't unsubscribe from. Maybe it's from one of these groups.
