Got a call at around 11 AM with the Caller ID BC Research. This is the second call I've gotten about breast cancer in the past two weeks. I blocked the first number, so I'm going to have to block another. These people are like roaches - you can't get rid of them!
Caller ID read BC Outreach (Breast Cancer?). Disconnected after one ring by the anti-robocall service. From previous comments, this appears to be a paid call center for fund raising and may serve other clients as well.
