Received call 2hrs. Ago, I didn't recognize number so I let it go to voicemail. Upon checking, there was no message left.

called my cell phone at 1:57PM. Didn't answer and no  message was left. I don't recognize the number.

Received call at 1:21pm on 10/05/16. Did not answer their call as an unreconized #. Left no message or voicemail.

I called back, the call hang up by itself. I think is a scam, people with a jack phone calling out of the country.
