(669) 238-4292 robocalled (illegal in California without at least a human introduction) and left the familiar spam message that comes from so many different numbers to my phone that's been in the DNC registry for years: "You recently applied for a payday loan...." Nope. Totally disreputable behavior must indicate a scam.
