Who called from 6692384313

This was a missed call no message.  I keep getting calls from this prefix with no messages left.  Now blocked again

Call from this number, said from Milipitas, CA.    No message left.   After hours    Weird eh?

Was a recording for addiction help.  Did get Toba real person, and they hung up when I asked if cold calling actually attracted addicts.

I * 67 & called back & the number is constantly busy.

I've received numerous calls recently from different area codes. I don't answer & they don't leave messages. Ive received 2 today from different area codes & interestingly, the other one I looked up said they were asking about drug addiction. Someone said the same about this number. Mr. Number said the other number was not a real number & the caller may have a spoof calling app that shows as fake numbers.
Just curious, has anyone else bought Vape Bright and started receiving these calls?
