Some survey BS. They've called before using different numbers.

Woman with an accent said she was doing a survey for Multnomah County, which I live in, and would take about 5 minutes.  I asked where she was calling from and she said New Jersey.  Area code 669 is an overlay of area code 408, which is in California.  When I asked why is someone from NJ calling about a survey for Multnomah County, Oregon she was silent, said nothing so I said goodbye…...

keeps calling, never leaves a message.
