Caller ID indicated Not Provided so I did not answer as is my custom.  Message left was for a reduction of credit card interest rates.  Yea, RIGHT!  Call originated fro Northern Mariana Islands.  Another NOW Blocked number.  It's beyond my comprehension why the Govt. FOR THE PEOPLE or the cash strapped PHONE COMPANIES can not put a stop to these irritating and unsolicitated calls!  Must be SPECIAL INTERESTS.  I'm on the DNC LIST and report each of these calls to the Attorney General of my state as Requested.  Another Government Program funded by taxes of WE THE PEOPLE, that DOES NOTHING!
