He called me a "[***]" when I wouldn't comply..lmao

They called me this morning I didn't get to the before it stop ringing, when I called the number right back it said the number was disconnected.

Said it was "cardholder services" saying I needed to call them back urgently. They did not identify the bank. Scammer.

Credit card scam. They call and say that there is an urgent message regarding your credit card account. They are trying to steal sensitive credit card information. Do not give them any information.

I answered.  Some recording telling me that they were calling about my "credit card."  There was "nothing wrong," but they wanted to tell me that I'm paying interest rates that are too high.  I should "press 9 to talk to a representative."
Nothing was on the message about opting out for future calls, so I'm guessing not only is this an illegal call, but it's a scam, too.
