I actually used to work for Stonebridge, they are located in St Cloud Florida. I was a chef there at the club. This was a scam. These ppl called me as well....about 20 mins ago.
Called to offer as space in golfing booklet and knew my profession. Said I was recommended to them but couldn't tell me by whom. Hung up when I didn't want to buy in right now.
I got a call from this number and a guy named Mark Tinker told me he was doing a golf guide for a local course and that I could have a space in it for $375.00 and they would print 30,000 of these guides for the course. He told me I had to decide today or he would give the space to someone else. What kind of business calls and says give me money today or else? A Scam business.
These people called me three times within 10 minutes the other day. They left two messages and then I finally picked up on the third call to see what the big emergency was. They told me that it was for a sponsorship opportunity for a golf course and when I told them I wasn't interested and asked them why they kept calling, they got peeved and mentioned that it was a great B2B opportunity. They gave me a guilt trip about how I need to have a sponsorship so I can get more business. I basically told them to stop calling. Well, today, I got another phonecall and yet another message. Haven't called back and if and when I do or if they call me back, they're getting an earful.

I almost gave my credit card info for multiple golf courses on the Gulf Coast area booklets/scorecards. 2 spots only left available. something seemed off? he oversold it I guess. I called all the golf courses he mentioned they have never heard of him except one she gave me the home office, they verified he worked for them. I called 2 of the people he named off that had bought this advertising today both said run away from these crooks! They make random charges on your credit card for nothing and the advertisement you get is tiny not worth the cost or trouble to get them to go away
Called me telling me a golf course in my area recommended me saying they liked my services. Funny, I've never done work for this golf course. After inquiring multiple times the intention of the calling business that lived states away I realized this company wants me to invest with them without seeking information from the golf course first. SCAM! They want your money FAST no questions asked and will say anything to get your money. Including trying to say they have other people they're looking into so they may or may not choose you for this "opportunity" although Jennifer Jones was already pitching prices I will pay as if I've been chosen. Thanks but I am too busy investing in myself and business in smart ways to ever consider sending money to a poorly planned scam "company".
