I'm pretty sure the poster means that was what the call said, not that he/she either believes it to be true, or is this Rebecca person.   Not a shill.  Just someone who did not express themselves very well.

The name "Rebecca Outlaw" has shown up under many numbers as a SCAMMER.

But at least her name speaks the truth.

Yep - I have seen the name quite a few times on the number threads, and have thought it was funny that the crooks behind this scam chose the last name "Outlaw".
