This is one of a host of numbers tied to Sun International, one of those recruitment offices whose staff appear to be entirely from India, and very hard to understand.
I would note that Sun International has a VERY annoying habit of spam calling you (and spam e-mailing you, too) in hopes of one of their many numbers or workers getting your attention. In just the last 16 hours, I've been called by them 12 times, 8 of which occurred in a single hour, and only 4 of those left voice mails. Each call was a different number, and the 3 voice mails, and several e-mails all came from different representatives but all about the exact same job. They really need to learn to put one or two calls out there, and realize that the receiver may not be in a position to answer calls due to meetings, driving, etc.
I've been so put out by their rude treatment, I've started blocking all communication with them. Should you wish to do the same, here are a list of numbers, to date, from which they've tried calling me. All so far have been in the 678 area code, and either the 203 or the 257 exchanges:
They called, I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. There was a voicemail left, but it was the sound of someone hanging up. I guess the don't like voicemail
