Called on my mobile phone. No one answered on the other side and hung up within seconds of answering.

Repeatedly calls and hangs up

Calls. When i call back it says that i can report unwantef calls.

There is a recording when I called back that asks you to "Press 1" if you do not want calls from this number but never said who the company was. They also called earlier in the day from 678-203-2880.

Fast-talking accented woman.  Could not make out if she was offering me a warranty on my Chevrolet Cruze or telling me I had not finalized my plans for a cruise.  Since I don't have a Chevy or take vacations, it must be telemarketing.
