Its a criminal organization targeting the gullible and senior citizens. First off, the call and any other robo telemarketing call is illegal. All they want is to doop you into thinking they are legit so they can get you to provide your personal information and credit card info.
NEVER EVER PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE. Especially to random robo telemarketing calls and unknown callers. Warn others. Most people don't know about or use 800notes. Also, warn the elderly. Beware. No legitimate company will use a fake number without providing who they are and an appropriate call back number and message. These criminals use fake numbers because they want you to act on impulse and they want to avoid detection.
