Came home and saw this number on my Caller ID. I do not know anyone in Atlanta, GA, so I did not call back. Looked up number and see others saying it is a scam. Good thing I did not call back.

Got a call to my mobile, did not answer, voicemail that was left was blank air for a few secs.

This is from a company called Local Lighthouse a Tustin Ca Based local SEO that is getting sued by Google. I Googled "Local Lighthouse Tustin" and left them a bad review.
