My wife has been harassed by this Richard Campbell (678-212-5481/ 866-976-1201). This is still ongoing! He calls on her cell phone but has halted calling us at home because I've had a chat with this scumbag! Supposedly he's out of Georgia, well I'm sad to say Legal Consultant Services/Buffalo NY was successful in taking 2 withdrawals out of my wife's checking account for $96.34 each. NOT HAPPY!! Google is not enough, I will be making this guy famous. After I'm done he will make the channel 7 news!
I did and did they say about who they are? I had a lady saying they are for a county processing center and to call the number and talk to a guy because they would send a summons and police to my house.
They say I have bad checks and that they are an investigator. Well this time a place called work said they are scu and asked who they are and they said they are a state processing center. Also a guy claiming to be a sheriff said he would come arrest me if I did not pay over $900 by the end of the day. Well nothing happened. After my court date they called again and then it went with nothing in over 2 1/2 weeks and they called my work and now on 7/21 they called for the same thing.
My attorney called the number and the guy said he could not say who he works for. These calls have been going on for a month since I filed for bankruptcy and had my court date with a usdoj trustee.
Scam. "County processing centers" do not call people, nor do you get a heads up if you're going to be served a court summons. Misrepresenting themselves as government agencies, or police officers is a violation of federal law, as is threatening to arrest you.

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

According to another site this guy claims to be Richard Campbell part of something called arbitration for legal consulting service 678-212-5481 possibly located in Covington Georgia.
Tied into another number, 888-735-1564 which was used by an Amherst New York debt scamming operation by the name of Western Arbitration or something like that. Total scam operation. These people like to impersonate law enforcement agents and tell their victims they work for some governmental agency or another.
Anyone called by these scammers should tell them they are on to them and tell them they are going to be reported to their local police. As well as their state attorney general.
Otherwise don't return their calls, don't talk to them and do not send them any money.
I have all ready filed a harassment complaint with the police. The detective said to just let him know if any more calls come up. The number is from Covington Georgia and has some lev3 VoIP said his name to be Lawrence Carter. My attorney said to him to not call me again and that all calls have to come to him or we will sue.
These people say it is for a check n go loan and that the state has had bad checks turned over to them.
Lady said she is Lisa Hoffman and she gave me the number to speak to Lawrence Carter.
Also had a call from a lady named Diana Sears and she is an investigator. The number she gave was 844-434-8904
