I having a hell of trying to fix it and also Microsoft could not do anything because the hacker's would just interfere with any changes Microsoft, also Toshiba was on my computer fo 2-1/2 days and still the hacker's were interfering, I even had our local police officer at my house and they thought it was a joke. My next step is to get the state police involved.

The call started out " is this XXXXXXX I'm Tom Anderson from Microsoft"---- I'm thinking to myself this is the same guy who called me 4 weeks ago clamming my "Windows" computer has been hacked. Now he thinks he's in the Matrix working for Microsoft. His pitch was that Microsoft was receiving error reports from my PC. and he could help. --- I'm thinking to myself A: I never send error reports back, and B: Microsoft never ever calls it's customers for an error report or any other reason ether. So I simply said very calmly Bull $hit. Mr Anderson angrily replied FU#K YOU! and hung up.
