Called me, about some cast some case came across her desk. Sounded like threatening lawsuit!!!!!! Bogus call. Am in Bankruptcy.

Did you tell them they have to "get in line" in court with their claims?

Called them told me the lady who called me was busy they asked if my name was Who it was I said yes she said they was getting ready to file and I asked what the charges was she started to ask what my last 4 of social was I asked again what the charges was for she hung up on me

called me said it was Rebecca Crosby that she has a case for fraud , she left a message but never answers when I or my attorney call her.

i finally got thru and some man answered , I asked for Rebecca he put me on hold came back and said she was busy with a deposition.. if he could help me , I asked , what company is this, is this a law firm? and He hung up.
