Received call, message left by computer stating "federal law designates this matter as a confidential notice for (name). If you are not (name) please hang up now." Name indicated on my voicemail is my brother in law. Very strange. No company name or information regarding the matter was provided.
They called my son looking for me; left a message asking for me or my attorney to call back before 7:00pm. I did call back and all it does is ring......no one picked up the phone.
They called me saying that if i didn't return their call they would have me arrested i called them and some guy told me they were a debt collector for national cash and I never have had a payday loan or anything in over 8 years the guy was yelling at me on the phone i told him to either send me a letter in the mail or leave me alone because i would notify the authorities for harassment they didn't even call my phone they called my best friends husbands phone and the the guy hung up in my face never would they tell me who they were or what company they worked for this has got to be a scam!!!!
