ID themselves as "Litigation Services". Pretending to be a law firm. Lady on the phone would not give me any more information. Clear scam.
If they are bothering you, report them:

The same goes for endless telephone harassment
Also contact your local attorney general
If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
This number called. The representatives are real disrespectful. When they were told to remove the number the lady said no she wouldn't remove it. They threaten you with litigation in order to get you to send them money. They will continue to call you until they get money out of you. It is extortion and they will try to bully you out of your money. Do not listen to them block them and tell them to remove you. File charges with the attorney general and your local police department.
Was told that they were from fraud division. I was being held accountable for a payday loan that never got paid from 2013. They said my name but my maiden name, which in 2013 was not what I was going by. Told me if I paid 500 today they would set up monthly payments but had to pay the 500 today, if not they would be sending court papers to the local sheriffs office.
