Received a call from Marie Sanchez at the above number. Threatened with being jailed for not paying off a supposed payday loan in May of 2013 in the amount between $300-$700. Would not give me the name of the debt loaner company. Said I have no right for the information.
Received same type of call from Amy Strickland. Threatening with two felonies for this type of loan 300.00-700.00. demanding restitution in the amount of 1000.00. Who are these people? Refused to give me specific information or send any type of correspondence as proof of who they represent.
