called stating it was in reference to writing bad checks. I don't even USE checks and furthermore it was under a name that I no longer have and have since filed for bankruptcy in any case.
I received calls from this number saying it was a warrant out for my arrest for checks i never wrote.....so i denied it and told them they were a scam. Immediately they lady who called me got very rude and threw out a bunch of threats...
Called saying that they needed a statement from me . Told them not to call my job . Threatened to come and embarrass me not job. Called my job again didn't say who she worked for, didn't leave a name and called unavailable
My phone does not ring from a blocked number but will record the call for later review. The blocked voicemail ask me to call 678-261-7189 for an urgent message with potential court action. If by any chance the caller reviews this website, stop the threats and bring it on. I believe the caller is a legit credit collection agency that is running a scam and that is why they do not reveal their ID.
This person name Tracy Gee did not call my work extension but call a co-worker extension, desperate I'll say to contact me. I know I have a lot of debt, but this is not the way to collect it and I will not give my personal information over the phone. I will wait for a debit collector from TX to contact or serve. I will go to court and plead my innocents or guilty, but never to someone I never spoken with or received something from. I don't know you Tracy Gee. Debt Collect that makes threats and acts like the law.
