Someone called me from this number saying there name was tj marshall anyone else have this?

I talked to the man and he had my name and social security number wrong and then basicly told me the cops where comming to my house . Wtf is wrong with ppl i have a 1 year old at home i dont need to have to worry about this stuff this is why i hate people

I had the same call from the same man and I was also told I was going to have the cops come and arrest me, is this a hoax or what is it about?

A man called my number looking for my daughter who hasn't lived with me for years from 678-263-3117 (in Georgia) saying his name was CJ Marshall.  He threatened to send her to jail and have Children's Services take her kids.  My daughter had her identity stolen from someone who is in Georgia, working under her SSN and filing taxes there too.  She has been through hell trying to get this straightened out and the IRS is well aware of what is going on.  This guy stepped well beyond what a collector is permitted to do.  I will report him to every and anyone who will listen to me.
