Number is a VoIP in Atlanta, caller ID is "BANK OF AMERICA," answered to silence, then VoIP dispatcher switch "bwoop" and a fellow with a strong accent "Hello, grandpa."  Since I'm 11 years old, I asked "Is this a scam?"  He hesitated and asked "What are you talking about?"  I said "This isn't Bank of America."  Silence for a few seconds, then call dropped.
