Got a call from this number two days ago, and one today from almost identical number 678-293-9678, both on my landline. Damn scammers are a pain in the anatomy.
One of many numbers used by Nationwide Credit, Inc when they falsely and illegally claim to be American Express and deny that they are actually a collection agency calling on behalf of American Express.
nlaup001: You may mean well by posting this long list every time you recognize one of the numbers you have collected, but a Wall of Numbers post is not that useful to a person using this site.
The average user comes here to look up one number. Unless the number they look up is individually in the data base, your list is useless. You might be proud of your collection, and feel good about venting your dislike for the alleged caller, but it is not doing any good to post a List of 1001 Numbers every time. You put some work into this, make sure it does the good you intend.
I don't see the problem with a long list. I was directed here by Googel, and I quickly found my one phone number. What's the problem with a longer list? Much ado about nothing, it seems to me.
