One of many numbers used by Nationwide Credit, Inc when they falsely and illegally claim to be American Express and deny that they are actually a collection agency calling on behalf of American Express.
I don't know who it is, I don't answer unknown numbers and if they don't leave a message then I wont bother to call them back. I have never own credit cards so it cannot be that. Must be scammers. CID Marietta GA. I have notice whenever I get a call from 312-265-9939 within 3 minutes this number will call. I think they are the same scammers. And whenever the CID is just a name of where the call is coming from, that to me is a 100% proof it is a scammer or robo call. None of my legitimate phone calls have a city name as CID. Yes I can block the numbers, but I have nothing to do all day so I don't care if they call a thousands times a day. Without my phone scammers to mess with my days would be so boring.
