I am on the no-call list, and I am receiving a call from this number on my cell phone, which I do not answer, because I do not know caller, and when I try to call back, the call will not go through.
Appears to be a "Get Your Degree Online Solicitor". I received 3 calls within 5 hours and no voicemail from them. I called and got a recording to give me a clue to the Online Degree thing. I am also on the do not call list. What I hate the most is when I get them at 6am and 8 - 9pm!!
