Called and no response when I answered. WTH

I do not answer unrecognized numbers.  Caller ID said "Local Call",  yet I do not live in the 678 area code.  I probably receive 5+ telemarketing calls a day... Very annoying.

This number called 4 times in an hour.  I do not answer calls with no caller ID.  It said it was from Georgia.  I am in Ohio.  I blocked the number after the fourth call.  There should be more regulations prohibiting these harassing phone calls.
