Receive a call also, saying they have a case against me. If someone want me and if a case against me, I would receive a letter from whom the person is!!!! So whoever doing these calls are very sick people's who need to get a job....
I received a call from this number today and the lady said that I will be charged with theft by deception, and a couple of other charges due to a defaulted payday loan. She informed me that I will have warrants issued if I refused to cooperate and I will need to seek out a criminal defense attorney to represent me. I asked for info on the debt and she said I would have to let the attorney get the I info. At no time did she or the other other female identity themselves by name.
If these are same people call me last time they say I owe irs money because I did something wrong on my tax and I even pay them or go to jail, now they calling again I don't even answer.
I do believe they hv another #. 678-541-1021. I called and i believe legal aid gave me that #. I hv some very nunproffessional txt from them because I called them and they wanted a $200 consultation fee. Told her I've already tlkd to 2 lawyers for free and called her a greedy. #!$@$. She txt bk an UN professional txt. Now I see y.
