Who called from 6783101022

Just received this call as well. I got one last month from someone named Rebecca Outlaw with the exact same message, word for word.

Just recieved the same exact message and before this one i recieved one from Ohio that says about the same thing

My 13 year old has got this call two times it goes to voice mail same as above. It's says "fraud division " Elizabeth Wilner.

Just got a call from the same person and same exact message. I got the same message from Rebecca Outlaw last month and no one has come to arrest me yet....This is spam and they prey on innocent people. We need to spread the word so that others don't fall into this trap.

"Rebecca Outlaw "  is well known on these pages and aptly named.  No one came to arrest you because no one goes to jail for civil debt.  Not for over 200 years when it was outlawed.
