They keep calling in regards to a bounced check from the year 2000.They are telling me I owe a little under $200.The woman said for a reduced price today it would be resolved.She started to get very rude over the phone once I told her that I will not give her my bank information over the phone especially to a scam artist.If it was true I would see it on my credit report.
Repeated calls regarding a supposed returned check - from 1996. You read that right! Every time I try to gain more information the call drops and I get more calls within a day or so from a completely different number. When I google the phone numbers, they're all showing up under fraud and scam reporting sites. Surprise.
They tell you that they can resolve this for you today at a greatly reduced price, if you'll just provide your banking information over the phone. As IF!

More of the same just like the others. This is Data Check. They change numbers frequently. If your on Android download Extreme Call Blocker and add all their numbers to the list. It will pick up an hang up each time so they can't leave a voice mail. Been dealing with them for quite some time on a check that supposedly bounced almost 20 years ago.. Scam artists
Scam call in regards to returned item. They call from different phone numbers. I have called them back to tell them off, but the voicebox is full and cannot receive messages.
