This number keeps calling my cell and leaves a message. Yhey are located in Buford Georgia and are telemarketers

The phone number is through a company called Voice Plus Com. in Atlanta.  It's one of their customers.  I reported the scam to them and it was to be referred to their fraud department.

Karl Jacobson aka Karl Kash.  His alias should tell you the story.

Is called Phone Power. Mr. Kash is going to Hell. I live in a low-income housing. I'm on a fix income. The lowest price they got is $500. that I can't afford. Mr. Kash have change his mind to have something cheap down to $100. I can pay $100. a month I won't mind. He's not in these people shoes to see there people are on low-income on SSI & on SSDI income. There midde class people, they try stay out of red. There also people going from paycheck to paycheck.

P.S. That's why I'm staying away from work-at-home they cost too much.

The name of the person is Karl Jacobsen (aka Mr. Kash).  The phone is through voiceplus in Atlanta.  I have notified them of the illegal sequential automated calls from this number. I was told that they received complaints from others today. I have been assured that voiceplus is taking action to stop the illegal calls.  If not, I plan to seek legal remedies from both voiceplus and Mr. Jacobsen. I notified voiceplus that I would seek legal action against them as well as Mr. Jacobsen, if the calls continue.  Mr. Jacobsen lies and says that people he calls have filled out an Internet form.  A class action law suit would show that Mr. Jacobsen uses sequential dialing and ignores federal laws and regulations.  Mr. Jacobsen has obviously violated the law many times over.  There are stiff monetary penalties for knowingly violating these laws, payable to the injured parties.  I have no doubt that voiceplus phone records will show beyond a doubt that Mr. Jacobsen has knowingly and willfully violated Federal law.
