Number just called me at 8:30 this morning! Ignored the call. Didn't recognize the number. According to the Fair Debt Collection act, you can write them and request that you only want contact via US mail. The challenge is, getting them to give you thier address.

This number calls on a daily basis via my cell phone and never leaves a message

Go to the government do-not-call registry; put your number(s) in. After 30 days if the company still calls, turn them in to the FTC.

I filled bankrupcty so why am I getting calls from a collection agency. If they are for real. They will not leave a message of any kind. Makes me wonder if it is legit.

This number just called. When I answered the phone they Hung up.
