This lady called Brandi Byers calls and tells me I have to pay 686.12$ by tomorrow or if not I can go to court and pay 4800. Oh and I have a warrant for my arrest. She says oh this isn't a collectios agency she's a mediator to help me not have a criminal record!!
Did you check tonsee if there was a warrant for your arrest? After reading your post I think they're full of [***]. I finally called back and told them to stop calling me and talk to my lawyer. She took down my lawyers information, spoke really fast about some bank fraud, and then told me an arrest warrant was out for me and they'd come pick me up in SD County. I looked and I don't have an arrest warrant.
