Who called from 6783670203

This person asked if they can hear me, which is part of a scam.  I will be watching for bull crap charges to my accounts.

Left no message.  Assuming scam.

Received a call from this person last week and again today. First time she chuckled and said "sorry, I had to adjust my headset, can you hear me?". Today she chuckled and said "can you hear me?". I sensed that this was a scam last week and googled the number which confirmed a scam.

No message, just a call. I'm tired of these people. I'm on the no call list yet I still get calls....

Just got a call from this number, did not answer, looked it up here and warned everyone at work!
