Never leaves a message just like all (678) numbers. Just found out my provider will allow to block area codes. 678 is now blocked. Apparently I am not the only one who has complained about these numbers, my provider is very aware of these (678) numbers. With so many complaints it has to be just a matter of time before these scammers are stopped.
