I received phone calls from them yesterday saying they "have reason to believe I intentionally falsified my tax information to fraud the U.S. government." Funny thing is I file jointly with my husband, and he had no info on my husband, which was the first red flag. When I asked what can I do, he said to go get a government voucher which is 60-70 miles away from where I live (since he had my address). I almost believed them until he mentioned I had to go to Kroger to purchase I-Tune gift cards to pay my debt and they'll cancel my arrest warrant. I was transferred to the supervisor (Officer Brown) and he said can I speak to Sal (which is a nickname I use online and not my real name), to which i REPLIED sir you don't have my name right, so you probably are contacting the wrong person and they're like no mam we're correct, then they added "mam, oh please pronounce your name so we can pronounce it correctly." It's funny when they git pissed off at you for not following their "federal" directions.
