This number is on a postcard that urgently wants you to call the above number so you can sell your home for bottom dollar prices to an investor. We own a second home (this is the property the investor wants to buy) however I do not know why they are sending me a card wanting to buy my home at fire sale prices when I am up-to -date on taxes, have never fallen behind on the payment, not underwater on, have a very reasonable mortgage on, not going into foreclosure on, not in bankruptcy, etc. I am obviously not on some list somewhere for delinquent home owners/property tax payers that is easily accessible to these scumbags. These bottom feeders find desperate people and under the guise of helping them out of their money problems, will buy your home at rock bottom prices, ensuring you some minimal equity for your self (maybe) and a whole lot of money to burn for themselves off of your desperation.

The senders of this postcard have an address as well as the names Frank and Mel, no last name given. They even have a web site which without going directly there, typed the address in the search bar, and no web site suggestions pulled up about any home investors named Frank and Mel.
Went to Bing Maps and typed in the address they list as being theirs: 6175 Hickory Flat Hwy Canton, Ga 30115-7207 and it pulled up a Publix grocery store. I doubt there are home investors running a business out of a Publix food store. Web site is most likely bogus, but do want to go there in case of viruses.
Now here it is April 4, 2015. My last comments were over 6 months ago. I now have another one of these postcards. What's changed? The names have changed from Frank and Mel to Frank and Melanie. Also the website is now workingwithhouses.com.
Same rules as the very first post still apply, we are still not in any kind of dire straits on this property. Not sure why they are wasting their money sending us these cards.
Sorry to be redundant, but I noticed a few errors in the above posts. In the first one I meant that I do NOT want to go to their website because of virus fears. The last one, I miswrote the date, it is the 24th not the 4th.
Also typed in the new website in the search bar and there are no website suggestions for it either. May be a virusy site as well.
