Send them a certified letter to cease and desist.... Or call, ask for Burton Crapps, and let him know he has an outstanding debt from an old Sleazeball Monthly magazine subscription.

Call back number left was 999-884-8573. I received a call but did not get to the phone in time. I called the number left on my machine as it as different than the number on caller ID. I was asked for a reference number which was not provided, so then I gave the number where I received the call and was transfered to Isaac Morales. He was very difficult to understand and finally I able to gather from him that he was trying to collect a debt to SBC. The only SBC I can think of is now AT&T which I know for a fact I do not owe money because I have an old account that is now showing as paid on my credit report. I know this because I monitor my report with Truecredit. My concern is also that this agency does not seem to be on your list of licensed agents. I think this is a scam and wanted to report it so that the public is not at harm of giving their information away. Luckily I did not fall for it, I asked that they send me info in writing and not to call me anymore and also that they validate the debt. I cannot find this company online at all as I was also going to write them and do the same. It all seems very fishy and I am wiriting as a concerned citizen.

This company has been harassing my mom for the past couple of weeks.  They called and said she owed money to AT&T, but the time of the "so called bill" my parents were using another phone service.  They will not give my mom a call back number or an account number. They also could not speak english well.

My mom checked with AT&T and they don't owe them anything.  AT&T said that Admerex is NOT a company that they use for collections.

They also told my mom they were located in Suwanee, GA- when I look on line I see that they have an office on Peachtree.  How can me or my parents stop them from calling?

My mom will report this to AT&T.  She also got a P.O. Box-3582, Suwannee, GA 30024.  

Any other suggestions.

My mother in law recieved a call from this number for me. She wrote down the 0779 number and to call a john williams. I looked on yahoo to see what it was, never heard of admirex, and nothing came up. I googled it, and got this...
