My mother picked up the phone. The caller said Mom had mailed in a response card for Medicare Part D through Cigna. She wanted Mom to upgrade to another plan. At that point, I picked up the phone and spoke, and the caller wondered why two people were on the line. I told her Mom had had Cigna part D but had switched to another provider for the coming year. I thought it was strange that a person's name appeared instead of a company name.
