got call from  678-506-5076 caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME" on Wednesday 05-10-17 at 244 PM

call was from card member services wanting to lower my credit card interest.
male came on line and asked if I "wanted lower interest."
told the caller that he was a "criminal scumbag mxxxxx xxxxxx and stop calling here."
